Very sorry to double post but can't find edit button I did restart Fallout Mod Manager after removing the file ThePitt.esm so the program should have had the right information to install the FOMOD and SetPluginActivation('IbIui - Pitt.esp', false) perhaps that is what is at falt SetPluginActivation? Back to testing OK tested thus changed line SetPluginActivation('IbIui - Pitt.esp', true) to SetPluginActivation('IbIui - Pitt.esp', false) file was corectly set inactive so I would say problem is in the DataFileExists or in the mod authors use of the function.
